Collin Williams

Collin served 12 years as an Active-Duty Marine and has spent the past 3 years continuing to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves. He holds a BS in Psychology from Troy University and a MS in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University. He currently works as a criminal investigator for the federal government.

Collin is an active real estate investor, with experience in both residential and commercial multifamily properties. Collin is drawn to commercial multifamily real estate because it requires the same leadership, discipline, adaptability, and teamwork that he honed as a Marine. He brings his ability to create and foster relationships to source strong deal acquisition to enhance investor returns.

Collin is married to his wife, Angela. They have two boys, Austin and Mason, and their dog, Tex.

Joseph Vogeney

Joseph is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and an active-duty U.S. Navy Helicopter Pilot. He has served as an MH-60S Knighthawk pilot in operational and flight test commands, supporting search and rescue, logistics, and fleet operations. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Robotics and Control Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He previously served at HSC-21 in San Diego as Maintenance Quality Assurance Officer and Search and Rescue Officer and is now assigned to VX-31 at China Lake as a Search and Rescue Pilot and Aviation Safety Officer. Outside the military, Joseph is an active real estate investor and co-founder of Bravo Zulu Capital.

Craig Cowell

Craig is a West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Aviation Officer flying the AH-64D/E Apache Helicopter. He served 11 years on active duty and accumulated over 1,000 total flight hours. Craig completed his MBA at the Yale School of Management with a concentration in Real Estate and Real Estate Finance and works as an Investments Analyst with QTS Data Centers. He is an active real estate investor focused on multifamily commercial real estate.

Luke Keiser

Luke is a co-founder of Bravo Zulu Capital and an active-duty U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer with more than 15 years of executive leadership experience managing large-scale infrastructure, facilities, and capital improvement programs. Throughout his career, he has been entrusted with the planning, execution, and oversight of more than $800 million in assets and capital projects while leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operational organizations across the United States and overseas. His expertise includes asset management, capital planning, budgeting, construction management, risk mitigation, and operational performance.

Luke earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Environmental and Water Resources Management from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He currently serves as the Public Works Officer at Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada, where he leads the installation's facilities, utilities, environmental programs, maintenance operations, and capital improvement initiatives supporting one of the Navy's premier aviation training installations. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the long-term performance, resiliency, and operational readiness of critical infrastructure while managing diverse teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

As the Asset Management Lead for Bravo Zulu Capital, Luke applies this institutional asset management experience to multifamily real estate investments. He oversees business plan execution, property management performance, capital improvement strategies, and operational reporting. His background managing complex capital portfolios and large-scale operations provides a disciplined framework for maximizing property performance, mitigating risk, and creating long-term value for investors.

Luke believes successful multifamily investing is built on the same principles that have guided his military career: disciplined planning, operational excellence, accountability, and strong leadership. He is passionate about acquiring well-positioned assets where thoughtful execution, strategic capital investment, and proactive asset management can generate durable cash flow and long-term appreciation while delivering exceptional results for investors.
